I went during lunch hours. It was extremely slow. They had 1 waitress/server/manager on duty. She was ecstatic, and very accommodating to make my dining experience pleasurable. Job well done.

I had a wonderful waitress Michelle very friendly and made recommendation which was wonderful. The place was very nice and festive for the holiday. I will definitely visit again especially because I was just in area to visit but I'll be back. Management great and my overall experience was pleasant clean and quick service. Thanks

Went to Friday's tonight and it was pleasantly relaxing. My server Michelle was very attentive, great service, and was very pleasant. The menu has a lot of new specials and the drinks where definitely worth. Thank you for everything! Definitely will be back

This franchise has left NYC if they have not it's a lot less of them. Anyway I was in Florida and came across one of these when there was an hour wait at a near by Red Lobster. The atmosphere did not fail to make me feel at ease, the one I visited in Florida had similar decorations to the one I'd frequent in NYC though the floor plan was different. It was a nostalgic experience. The service was good. I asked for a "mudslide" drink and even though it was not on the menu, the bar gladly prepared it for me, it was just as good as the one I had in NYC over a decade ago. My wife and I visited one of our kids in Florida and came over with 3 more siblings. It was a good time...thank you TGIF!

Michael and Michelle were super cool and very friendly and provide top tier service. The food is served fresh and Michelle is great at recommending items to try and makes sure it comes fresh. And Michael makes the greatest drinks. COME FOR HAPPY HOUR FOR THE BESTEST $5 DRINKS BRO
